About Megan

My name is Megan Bonk. I am currently a stay-at-home wife and mother. I graduated with my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Gannon University in 2019 and practiced full time in the field of Pediatric Early Intervention for 3 years. This background has provided me with significant knowledge of anatomy, medical literacy, and an understanding of basic pathology.
I was introduced to homeopathy in 2019, while embarking on a personal journey to help family members dealing with chronic mental and physical health conditions for which there were no cures, but only symptom management. At the recommendation of friends, my husband and I attempted using homeopathy as a complementary form of care and found ourselves observing effects on our own health that were nothing short of miraculous. This experience impacted me so profoundly that I continued to study the paradigm independently for the next several years. In 2021, I enrolled in the Academy of Practical Homeopathy as a student of Joette Calabrese, and completed my certification and final exam as a Practical Homeopath (PHom). This has allowed me to focus on a variety of client cases ranging from anxiety and depression, to allergies and food intolerances, skin conditions, chronic headaches, vision complaints, UTIs, pregnancy related complaints, and countless other situations. I have been able to provide education on approaching these cases from a homeopathic perspective using Banerji protocols, when appropriate, or with thoughtfully chosen remedies when no protocol exists.
In 2021, I studied under Julie Thompson, a certified instructor at DONA International, to help women in pregnancy, labor and delivery as a Doula. I received full Doula certification with DONA in 2024 and I have attended multiple births, both in home and in the hospital. I have been blessed to deliver both of my own children at home with the help of my husband and our midwife. This has enabled me to coach other couples in preparing for their own home birth experience.
My Mission
My ultimate mission is to pass on valuable information that has been such a blessing in my own family by offering clients my knowledge of homeopathy, home birthing, pregnancy support, and overall health advocacy for the well-being of individuals and their families in all seasons of life.
